Cenote Ponderosa (El Edén)
Located just 25 minutes south of Playa del Carmen, Cenote Ponderosa, also known as El Eden, is an open water jewel that connects to a captivating cavern system. With a maximum depth of 15.5 meters (51 feet), this dive begins under a large karst window, following a guide line through a tunnel that leads to the Coral cenote. During midday, this spot is illuminated by an impressive curtain of light beams, creating an unforgettable visual spectacle. In the open area, only 5 meters (16 feet) deep, fish and vegetation abound, offering a calm and lively experience for all levels of divers.
Little Brother Cenote
Little Brother is a cavern cenote with wide access, majestic formations and an air dome hidden beneath the jungle. With a maximum depth of 14 meters (46 feet), this dive takes the diver through passages decorated with stalactites and stalagmites that have been sculpted over millennia. Its clear visibility and tranquil atmosphere make it a perfect site for those who want to dive cavern diving for the first time, without losing the magic of a visually stunning experience steeped in natural history.

2. Diving Preparation
Before the first dive, a detailed safety briefing is given. Full equipment is provided and specific instructions are given for both dives, so that the experience is comfortable, safe and enjoyable.
3. Ponderosa Cenote (El Edén) dive.
Maximum depth: 15.5 meters (51 feet)
Also known as El Eden, this cenote is located just 25 minutes south of Playa del Carmen and offers a mix of open water and caverns. The dive begins under a large karst window in the wall, and from there you follow a guide line through a wide underwater tunnel that connects to the Coral Cenote. During midday, this point is illuminated by a spectacular curtain of light beams. In the open area, the depth is approximately 5 meters (16 feet), with abundant aquatic life and crystal clear visibility that make this dive a relaxing and visually unforgettable experience.
4. Rest and Refreshment
After the first dive, a break is offered to recover energy. Water, fruits, snacks and sandwiches are included.
5. Transfer and second immersion in Little Brother Cenote.
After the break, we head to the nearby Little Brother cenote for the second dive of the day. Both cenotes are located in the same area, allowing for a quick and efficient transfer.

Little Brother, also known as Chac Mool, is a cavern cenote decorated with spectacular stalactites, stalagmites and an air dome hidden under the jungle. During the dive, the diver explores soft, illuminated passages with crystal clear water, ideal for an accessible cavern dive. The environment is visually stunning and technically interesting, perfect for certified divers wishing to delve into the subway world of the peninsula.
6. Return
At the end of the second dive, we return to your hotel or residence. This concludes a day of diving between amazing geological formations and the magical tranquility of two legendary cenotes.
